The Sjogrens happened to be at the same parade, unbeknownst to us, so we saved them a spot and were able to watch it together - making fun memories with some friends! I love the excitement on the boys faces, and particularly love the pictures of Micah dancing :) He was imitating a guitarist that had just gone by on a float. And who couldn't love sweet Gemma Jams in her dress (thank you Nana Kay and Papa C!) the perfect July 4th outfit :)

July 4th festivities!! (partI)
We decided to do some "traditional" July 4th outings this year, and first up today was a parade in Wheaton. It was a little hot, but really fun to watch the boys enjoying themselves. We took the train in from Geneva to add to the excitement, as it's only a couple of stops and who doesn't love a little train ride?? So fun to be able to do things with my little family as the kiddos continue to grow...some of the tradeoffs (in a good way) to not having babies anymore.
