This past weekend was homecoming at Wheaton College (my alma mater), so Christian and I decided it might be fun to take Micah to his first football game. He did a pretty good job and was definitely intrigued by all the action, even coming from his 4 month doctor appointment (shots included:( ). Below are just a few pictures from the day - another gorgeous fall day here in Chicagoland.
Daddy and Micah on the way to the game - who knew he got shots 2 hours before?? Such a smiley, happy boy.
Checking out the football on the field...
"Oh, that's a lot of action out there!"
"Is Wheaton winning?"
"What just happened? A touchdown for Wheaton?"
"Yea!! Go Wheaton Thunder (aka Crusaders:))"
Love the top picture of M with Christian. It is such a good one.
ReplyDeleteWhere's the one with Micah chewing on the Chick-fil-a "Eat More Chicken" cow? It really was a beautiful day, and Micah was a real trooper! (So was Daddy when he left the stadium, walked all the way back to the parked car, retrieved the pacifier, and returned to the football stadium.)
ReplyDeleteAwww, what cute pictures! Glad to see you're training him young to be a football fan like his mom :)
ReplyDeleteDid your parents make it up, too? I thought that was your dad blurry in the background, but maybe not.
Thanks Esther! We love that picture too - and yes, Katie, my parents did come up! Sorry mom - I forgot the Chick-Fil-A picture...meant to do it as another post...
