Kari and I have enjoyed a fun running tradition over the last 4-5 years called the Extreme 10 miler race in beautiful Waterfall Glenn. It's a trail run with "Big Bertha" and lots of hills and heat and humidity and it's a great summer race goal to have, in my opinion. This year we added two of my running buddies to the group and it became an all out race at the end with my friend Sara beating me by 8 seconds. And if you know me, that ate me up for awhile, hahaha. It was a great day and I just love this tradition with my sister...though I'm not sure when we will be able to participate in it next :( This year was also fun because Reid came out to cheer us on and hang out with his Uncle Josh during the race. So many fun memories!!
