...is a bit much, I'd say. And not just for our 10 month old, but for mom and dad too! Florida, Philadelphia, Georgia and now Seattle and Vancouver...phew! And that doesn't include the road trips that we've taken to St.Louis and Detroit. When I think about all of that, I really am amazed at how well Micah travels because we have done a lot of it since he's been alive!!
We are home safely from Vancouver, thankfully, and so excited to sleep in our own beds tonight. Micah did as good as can be expected flying home on the 4 hour flight. He only had one real melt down, and after Christian stood with him for about 40 minutes, he finally put his head down on Christian's arm to sleep.
We now have the challenge of getting adjusted back to central time zone and schedules, only to leave this weekend for another marathon in St.Louis. At least this time there are no flights to worry about (although I'm not too excited about the 4 1/2 hour car trip:)), and we're going where Nana Kay and Papa C can watch Micah while Christian and I get some relaxation time...which is interesting to say considering that I'll be running a marathon in the midst of it all, haha.
I will write more about Vancouver and get some pictures up sometime this week, as well as Micah's 10 month post (which will be backdated to March 31st) but just wanted to let everyone know we are home safe and sound. PTL!
Can't wait to see you, Micah! I love you. So does Papa C! ;-)
