First time to the dentist!

Micah headed to the dentist last week for the first time, and I truly think he did a great job.  I really wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised with how well behaved he was while getting his teeth cleaned and examined.  I have horrible teeth (which is no shock to those who know me) - this is my situation just 3 days before Micah's visit, where I narrowly escaped a root canal...bottom row, last tooth on the right.

Christian has excellent teeth, so I figured it could go one of two ways...  Thankfully, for a first report, it followed Christian's record and Micah is in the clear until we go back again.

Treats for being such a good boy!!  I had forgotten all the treats the dentist provided - and realized my initial promise to get him treats post appointment was handled by the dentist himself!

So proud of my big boy!  Hopefully the next appointment will provide the same results.
