34th Birthday Dinner

My sweet, sweet husband decided to throw me a Dinner Party for my birthday this year!  Since he is out of town on my birthday (which is today - and he's in London!) he did it last week and invited some of my close friends to help celebrate.

He chose an Italian themed party - which consisted of him making homemade pasta and 3 different sauces.  The girls brought either an appetizer or dessert to accompany the main course and we had a wonderful night out on our patio.  The weather was ideal.  Absolutely amazing for July 3rd - so much so that we had to bring out our cardigans after the sun went down.  My husband out did himself though, in the kitchen, and I felt quite special :)
