Extreme 10 miler

I emailed Kari a few months back about running this 10 miler race with me, seeing that they would be here during the race.  Kari, after my super enthusiastic tone in my email claiming "sister bonding", couldn't say no :)  So bright and early last Saturday Kari and I (and Josh too, to watch not run :) ) headed out to run 10 miles on a hilly trail in hot and humid weather.  We both had a good race and were pleased with our times.

So proud of my sister, who fell off a cliff just a little over a year ago, now completing things we never dreamed to be possible again...including this 10 mile trail run.  Nice job Kari!  Love you!!
